There’s a bit of a difference with today’s styled shoot, which I’ve coined Industrial Chic bridal inspiration – the backdrop, a dress designer’s studio is full of exposed brick, cement flooring and raw spaces. But the gowns are luxurious, the setting chic and glamorous. Conceived by Virgina Chorley of The Bouquets of Ascha Jolie, she remarks, “The style of the shoot has a romance feel about it. The setting was a bedroom setting in an industrial space ( JASONGRECH White Style Office). We had a silver footed bath, a beautiful bed with a diamond buttoned bed head. And a mirrored dressing table with all its glory. Also a life size gold horse of course.”

Virgina teamed up with photographer Con Tsioukis, gown designer JASONGRECH White, stylist and creator of gorgeous dessert buffets Styled by Coco, cake designer One Sweet Girl, makeup artist Shev Kelly for Napoleon Perdis and hair stylist Maria Gullace to create a scene of a bride getting ready for her wedding day.

Virgina explains, “As a stylist I knew I wanted to work with Jason and Harry, as their dresses are true to my style, and they are amazing. The space in their studio was perfect for the look I wanted, and I knew I wanted a whole bedroom/bathroom setting in that space. I wanted to create a look of what in my mind it would be for a bride to be getting ready for her big day, of course, every one bathes in baby’s breath don’t they?”. The bride tries on multiple gowns, before settling on the JASONGRECH White ‘Liberty” gown for the grand finale.
