5 Bridal Trends Hot Off the Spring 2017 Runways

Last week, we were in full #hustle mode, running around New York City during Bridal Fashion Week. (If you follow us on Instagram/Snapchat/Periscope, you received loads of eye candy and behind-the-scenes action!) Today, we wanted to share with you some of the newest trends that we spotted on the runways that we can look forward to for the Spring 2017 season.

Off-the-Shoulders: We saw a whisper of the off-the-shoulder neckline becoming hot last Bridal Market but for this one it was, frankly, on fire. Spotted at: Marchesa, Austin Scarlett, Christian Siriano, Berta Bridal, Francesca Miranda

Soft Blue: Colored wedding dresses are nothing new but one tone that stood out to me this go-around was the prominent usage of a very soft and romantic blue. Spotted at Monique Lhuillier, Hayley Paige, Angel Sanchez, Lakum, Delphine Manivet

3-D Appliques: Another trend that has slowly been growing but we were hit over the head with this season. Spotted at Elizabeth Fillmore, Francesca Miranda, Marchesa, Mira Zwillinger, Sareh Nouri

Crowns: We are all about feeling like a princess on your wedding day so crowns being used for a statement headpiece has two thumbs up from us. Spotted at: Anne Barge, Galia Lahav, Berta Bridal, Hayley Paige

Architectural Bodices: Whether it was with capes, oversized bows or creative structure, bodices received love in forms other than your typical lace and making us believe that illusion necklines may be leaving the spotlight. Spotted at: Angel Sanchez, Peter Langner, Randi Rahm
