"We chose the Westgate Hotel in Downtown San Diego because it had an elegant European-chic vibe. The ballroom was beautiful and ornate on its own that we really didn't have to decorate much. The chandeliers inspired me to incorporate tall, golden candelabras for the centerpieces adorned with white florals and dark green foliage. Our first look was so special because we had a few moments alone together before walking down the aisle. We wrote our own vows and they were so heartfelt and emotional. The feeling of being officially married was hard to top."
