Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

This luxurious wedding inspirational photo shoot takes place in Dubai – and what destination spells luxury more? But it’s easy to transform your wedding venue into a enchanting place full of beauty and opulence, and we’ll tell you how.

For starters, think of the colours you’ll use. We love hot pink in everything we see here from the roses (take a look at the cake) to the table centrepieces to stunning pink drinks served in long stemmed glasses. Gold is present too, in the vases, frames and more. Make your wedding ceremony stand out with luxurious hot pink and gold. It’ll be the hit of the season!

Details for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

Pink is a fun colour that pairs really well with gold as an accent, and it lends a fun, yet classy vibe to the big day. Pink is truly a colour that is difficult not to use in wedding colour palettes, as blush is highly popular in everything from flowers to bridal attendant dresses. Pink may also be seen in the linens, and it goes so well with gold that brides naturally put the two colours together.

Gold can be found on the china used at the reception, and it may be seen in other subtle ways, such as place cards and napkins. Your big day will be one to remember when using hot pink and gold as the primary colours.

Colour Palette for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

Gold often pairs best with soft, blush pinks, but when paired with hot pink, the two colours definitely pop. Brides certainly may opt to use hot pink for the bridesmaids’ dresses as well as for the main colour of her bouquet, but soft pinks can be added to the mix as well for a varied colour palette.

Off-white, ivory or beige will also go well with these colours. Take care that the gold is never yellow, but more of a honey or Tuscan sun gold colour. Gold and ivory sheer fabric can work together and drape from arches for a subtle yet elegant look.

What to Look for in a Venue for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

When looking for a venue, it is important to choose a place that is large enough for the important folks on your guest list. It should be accessible, offer parking, and perhaps other amenities included in the rental price.

Often, a great venue will offer extras that are included in the rental price, and they can save you a great deal of money. Some venues are all-inclusive. They offer the use of the facility for the ceremony plus a reception area on site (this is always a bonus for older guests who cannot travel all over town).

Other amenities include a number of accommodations with the rental of the venue so that members of the wedding party can stay onsite for the wedding weekend. Some venues offer the use of an audio/visual system, and they will also provide furniture and linens for your use.

Food for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

Foods in shades of pink (or red) are perfect for a luxurious hot pink and gold wedding. Chocolate dipped strawberries are elegant and tasty, plus, it’s a great appetiser. A unique idea might be to serve pink fruits in the shape of an edible arrangement. Foods such as watermelon, grapefruit, pomegranates, and raspberries are all shades of pink and would lend to the edible fruit arrangement.

Consider using food colouring to add a pinkish hue to your food offerings. Macaroons can be easily coloured with organic and non-GMO food colouring so that they appear pink. Consider serving pink lemonade or even strawberry ice cream!

Wedding Dresses and Accessories for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

Some brides will choose a traditional white gown for a luxurious hot pink and gold wedding. However, some designs will allow the bride to add hot pink accents to the dress for a unique wedding day look.

If hot pink isn’t a choice, opt for a blush coloured gown. These are gorgeous and so unique, yet still classy enough for a regal bride. If a bride does decide upon a traditional white gown, one that has a full, flowing bottom goes well with the luxurious hot pink and gold wedding theme. Adding a tiara (no veil necessary) will transform the bride into the princess that she is.

Bridesmaid Dresses for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

Hot pink is a very eye-catching colour for brides planning a luxurious hot pink and gold wedding. But you can opt for a softer shade of pink. A-line dresses in these blush tones are elegant and refined, making them the perfect bridesmaid dress for a luxurious hot pink and gold wedding.

Brides can choose a pink bridesmaid dress with a golden sash or other gold accents to tie the luxurious hot pink and gold theme together. Another idea is to have each bridesmaid in a different shade of pink, from hot pink to very soft mauve. You may also want to suggest a golden brooch for the bridesmaids.

Groom Style for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

Grooms may want to wear a subdued colour while the bride’s attendants wear hot pink and gold. A black or navy tux goes well with the luxurious hot pink and gold bridal party outfits, but grooms can choose a tan colour as well.

Grooms could opt for a tux or a full suit for the luxurious hot pink and gold wedding. However, it is acceptable for grooms and their attendants to wear suit pants and a vest with a button down shirt. Grooms can pay homage to the hot pink colour with their boutonnieres and add a hint of gold for a very elegant look.

Ceremony Decor for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

Gold is chiefly an accent colour for a luxurious hot pink and gold wedding. It can be used in so many subtle, yet elegant ways. For instance, you can take gold coloured organza or voile, soft party light strips, and white voile, intertwine them together, and then drape them over archways in the wedding hall.

Hot pink flowers will likely be the chief decorative item used during the ceremony. Large, tropical hot pink flowers will make a splash and can be added to any floral arrangement. These can be draped at the end of seating rows or on a ceremonial arbour.

Reception Decor for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

The reception area should be where you splash hot pink with subtle gold accents anywhere you wish. You may be able to find linens that are a blush colour, and these will go well with the other pinks. Use beautiful floral arrangements here as well. Centrepieces made of floral rings should have candles in a very light gold colour in the middle. Napkins can be pink as well as name cards and menus, if you wish.

Add white or blush coloured hydrangeas to standing floral arrangements, and the head table featuring the bride and groom can offer a hot pink table cover on top of the regular linens.

Wedding Cake Ideas for a Luxurious Hot Pink and Gold Wedding

The wedding cake needs to be as big and as bold as the hot pink colours in your wedding! Certainly, you won’t want the cake to be completely hot pink, but you can add a touch of soft pink to the icing for a hint of colour. A triple tiered cake – or one that goes even higher – is quite appropriate for the luxurious hot pink and gold wedding cake.

A neat wedding cake idea is to have the traditional white, tiered cake with golden scrollwork. This sets the scene for an elegant reception, yet keeps to the luxurious hot pink and gold wedding theme.
