This glorious combination of Bohemian wedding style and a Downtown Abbey venue lookalike is simply magical. This manor house is tucked in the breathtaking country of England. If you are planning to have an eclectic wedding, just like this couple, you must bring together various forms of art to create a unique masterpiece.

And this is exactly what you should keep in mind while deciding on your wedding venue. Getting married inside a manor house means having a lot of room for decor and customization. You can dedicate multiple rooms for various purposes and even do unique and distinctive decor in each one of them!

Ceremony Decor for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

For the ceremony decor of this eclectic manor house wedding, you must come up with artistic ideas to reflect your wedding theme. It can be a little tricky, but you will be surprised by how fun it will to be bring together a mixture of various styles.

In this wedding inspiration, you can see bright blue floral curtains draped over the windows, floral centerpieces adorning the wooden tables, lamp lights hanging from the wall, antique gold mirrors, and multiple, cultural paintings used as decoration for the inside.

For the decoration outside for the outdoor party, there are tall glass flower vases along with some lanterns and candle stands placed at the entrance stairs of the manor house. The fresh floral scent is a great way to welcome your guests.

Bouquets &Boutonnieres for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

As you scroll through this wedding inspiration board, one thing that you will notice is common in every setting are the flowers. The entire wedding, almost every corner, is filled with floral patterns of every kind.

Most brides prefer to keep their bouquets simple and minimal. However, the stunning bride here has gone for a combination of flowers tied together with a silk white ribbon. Her bouquet is made up of pastel and neutral blooms as the main components. So exotic! For the boutonniere, a simple white rose with some baby's breath and green foliage is put together with a brown button.

Color Palettes for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

Oftentimes, we come across color palettes that are either almost completely neutral with a few bright splashes, or totally funky with a few pastel and neutral notes. Creating a balance between the two depends on your wedding theme and season, and can prove to be quite a task.

This eclectic wedding inspiration is a splendid fusion of bright and neutral colors along with some medium pastel notes. The whole ceremony decor of the inside and outside is a stark contrast against each other but looks absolutely fantastic.

Shades of blue, white, pink, orange, and gold were the primary focus of this wedding with some pastels and other subtle colors. The end results are magical!

Bridesmaid Dresses for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

Just like the bride, the bridesmaids also reflect beauty and happiness through their style. It's completely up to you whether you want to give them a particular color and dress design according to the theme of your wedding, or let them come up with individual and amazing dress styles according to their personality.

In this wedding inspiration board, the bridesmaids can be seen dressed in a short-length, crew-neck dress. It's made of lace fabric and ends just above their knees. They have coupled it with flower bouquets of their own made with pretty posies, exuding grace and modesty!

Details for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

Since this is an eclectic wedding, meticulous details are what grasp the most attention. You have to woo your guests but also not go overboard as to outweigh the natural beauty and elements of your wedding.

This is an intricately-designed wedding with the richest and most luxurious details. For instance, the peacock feathers, paired with other florals, are placed neatly inside an antique gold vase. There are country-style fabric paintings hung on the wall, serving as the perfect backdrop. The golden-framed ceilings and mirrors with bright-colored sofas are simply swoon-worthy. The setting of this wedding is historic and rich in culture. Each and every room of this house tells a beautiful story of its own.

Wedding Photo Shoot Ideas for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

This beautiful conceptualized wedding inspiration was photographed by Laura Power Photography. Their team captured the most stunning wedding photographs, making sure to include every element.

The backgrounds inside the manor were perfect for photography; be it the paintings, frames, or old-school bells in the basement. Every room held an unparalleled beauty in it. With the abundant natural lighting and a balanced color palette, it was extremely convenient for the photographer to capture all the intrinsic elements present inside and outside of this manor.

The grand window, by the staircase, was painted with unique cultural designs and symbols, a perfect spot for this eclectic wedding photo shoot.

Portrait Props for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

Portrait props for photography are not always made. Sometimes, they are just naturally incorporated into the setting or are already present. In this exotic setting, tall flower vases, flower bouquets, mirrors, and fancy lights are all considered portrait props.

The purpose of the props is to make the wedding arrangement appear extraordinary. The cushions with floral patterns when captured in a photo enhance the setting and also tone down the bright color of the couch. Books from the library, clay statues, and grand chandeliers are all fascinating enough to capture the attention. With the right shots and angles, every portrait prop looks marvelous.

Wedding Dresses & Accessories for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

The bride in today's eclectic manor house wedding inspiration is wearing a gorgeous floor-length white bridal gown. It has a deep cut at the back, held together with white ribbons and pearl-hanging sleeves. Staying true to the vibe!

The dress is made of net fabric, hence giving a very floaty and airy feel, with a few gems encrusted in the shoulder patch. Except for her engagement ring, she's kept her look minimal and natural. We love the brides who put their comfort first and get ready to have fun to their fullest on their big day.

Groom Style for an Eclectic Manor House Wedding

In today's modern age, groom style is nearly as important as the bridal style. His outfit has to compliment not only the wedding gown of the bride but also the theme of the wedding, while still maintaining that masculine touch.

In this particular wedding inspiration, the groom is donned in a brown suit jacket with a maroon waistcoat and a white shirt. He has coupled it with a maroon bowtie and minimal boutonniere. Eclectic, indeed. Finish off the look with brown leather shoes and an antique lapel pin or pocket watch.

From Lauren Gray Stylist – “Elmore Court is a unique wedding and events venue in Gloucestershire with views over the Severn Vale. This unique historical home was the perfect venue to create a shoot mixing the English countryside along with bohemian style set against the dramatic traditional décor of the home itself.

We wanted to create a strong contrast through our designs and to mix the newly built GillyFlower (the reception venue you see) with the historic Elmore Court. There were many amazing suppliers involved in this shoot and we love the way it turned out!”
