With this Landrum Photography shoot hailing from Florida, it would be almost remiss not to include some form of botanical vibes. This beautiful location, The Edison Barn, is set in the rolling hills of Dade City. It was the ideal place for this tropical and boho outdoor wedding inspiration thanks to the sprawling land and, according to photog Natalie, had the perfect black barn that meshed well with the editorial she dreamt up.

Her vision was set in stone: nature-centric and minimalist with animals. This steered the color palette into the direction of earthy greens, light jewel tones, and muted blues. The foliage had a mix of tropical and whimsical; the reception area was dotted with ferns and bamboo trees while the florals on the tablescape had an interesting twist that we give an A-plus for. Shy Chic Boutique lovingly created the flowers out of wood and painstakingly hand-dyed each petal and each flower in the color palette for the shoot. We know; we’re still trying to wrap our heads around the fact that faux flowers can be crafted from wood and that they can look this life-like and epic.

Pampas grass and peacock chairs to goats and cows, there’s no stone left unturned with this editorial. There were some hitches (like not having enough matching plates) but it ultimately turned it into a breezy, relaxed, and gorgeous editorial we’re elated to share.
