While planning their Michigan wedding, Janna and Pete subscribed to the notion that you simply can’t please everyone. As someone who wants everyone to be happy always, I love them for it! Instead of spending time wondering if guest would like the menu, music, décor, and dessert they chose, they intentionally incorporated details they knew they loved first and foremost. Remember, friends, it’s your wedding day!

J+P were married at an epic venue (in my opinion!) in Maple City, Michigan. Snow Moon Ranch allowed the couple to get married at a rustic venue complete with special guests – llamas! The Ranch overlooks the lake where Pete spent summers growing up, which adds an extra touch of sentimentality. Their details were thoughtful and simple, and their ceremony didn’t include any décor – only the lovely view – nor did they opt to incorporate a bridal party. Tables were lined with stems of hydrangeas and coral dahlias created by Amy Kate Designs, and guests were gifted with succulents. Plus, they served pie – the perfect dessert for a laid back soiree! I’m so excited for you to see each and every photo captured by Allie Siarto Photography!

Janna and Pete most definitely look like they had a fabulous time on their wedding day, no doubt thanks to their decision to keep things low key and simple- although the result was still beautiful!
