Tara and Michael’s Nashville barn wedding at Homestead Manor was every bit romantic and whimsical as it was gorgeous. A color palette including shades of gray, white, and teal pairs with green and white florals in the most beautiful of ways, creating a perfect blend of rustic romance with a bit of whimsy. The duo wanted to incorporate their life and family into their wedding day, and did so wonderfully. From their very wedding location being close to home and including desserts made by family members, to a reserved seat for the bride’s late father, the personal details and elements of this southern fete made Tara and Michael’s wedding dreams come true. Jenna Henderson captured the whole day beautifully, and we cannot wait for you to relive it with us!
From Jenna Henderson:
This wedding took place this spring at the incredible farm-to-table venue of Homestead Manor just outside of Nashville, TN. The bride’s romantic, whimsical style is especially noticeable in her gorgeous paper suite from Minted. Heritage was important to this couple, which is why they chose a venue so close to home, and included photos & a reading from the bride’s late father’s bible during the ceremony. They also added a personal touch to the desserts by having family bring their favorite recipes.
