I adore working with chocolate and creating true dessert style cakes. Buttercream work is also all the rage. My cakes can be described as edible contemporary creations. Only the best ingredients are used such as Belgian Callebaut chocolate and Lindt couverture, butter and pure fruit purees to create not only a cake that looks the part but that will leave each guest with a taste experience they will remember for long after the wedding.
